Nearby are year around recreational opportunities including the Jack Nicklaus designed Old Works golf course, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, Alpine and Nordic skiing, water sports and fishing on Georgetown Lake, 159,000 acre Anaconda Pintlar Wilderness, endless miles of snowmobile trails, great fishing in lakes, rivers, and streams, Lost Creek State Park’s magnificent falls and many historic sites reminiscent of the colorful days of the Copper Kings.
